Welcome to Land and Sea Smokehouse. Currently, we operate from a food truck but have aspirations to upgrade to a brick and mortar store someday soon. We pride ourselves on providing an authentic Texas styled bbq experience offering superb quality items at a fair value.
My Story
With half of a season under my belt, I'm ready to hit the ground running in 2026. I hope to find a steady location in 2026 and if anyone has space they can offer, please contact me. For the short term, I hope to be at Olish Farms in Eastport. Since this is a side business, I typically will only operate on the weekends. My plan is to continue working at local locations and also hit up larger events such as WHB and Center Moriches street fairs.

In the coming weeks, I will be posting a calendar on this website of where I plan to be as well as posting on Instagram and Facebook; so don't forget to follow me. I do have giveaways such as when I hit 500 fb followers, I will prepare a brisket or other protein for one of our followers.

I also intend to start to make videos of my smoking business, showing how I trim meat, cook/smoke meats etc. Moving forward, my ground beef will be coming from Justin's Chop Shop and I also will be offering smoked Baby Back Ribs with a WHB Brewing glaze.
